Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excavating head for underground excavating equipment, which increases the strength of an excavation motor of a rotary excavating implement. SOLUTION: Each of the excavating motors comprises: two hydraulic motors 44 and 46 which have a common axis X-X'and which are equipped with stators 44a and 46a and rotors 44b and 46b, respectively; a single shaft 50 with two ends, which is elongated along the common axis; two rotatably-mounted excavating drums 22 and 24; two power transmission assemblies for drive-connecting each of ends 50b and 50c of a common shaft to either of the excavating drums; and a mechanical member for restraining each of the rotors 44b and 46b of the hydraulic motors so that the rotors can be directly rotated along with the power transmission assembly corresponding to the excavating drum nearer to the hydraulic motor.
