Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance reliability while suppressing the formation of a crack in a concrete portion of a segment, by providing a structure in which a buffer material can be easily arranged in a steel shell portion, so as to enable the efficient manufacture of the segment. SOLUTION: A segment body 2 comprises a steel shell portion 21 which constitutes an curved outer surface and the inner-surface side of which is formed in an open shape, and a concrete structure portion 24 which is infilled into the steel shell portion 21. The buffer material 23 made of a synthetic resin is attached to each stiffened plate portion 22 of the steel shell portion 21. Each of the buffer materials 23 is formed in such a shape as to be equipped with a mounting portion 233 capable of being fitted into the stiffened plate portion 22. The mounting portion 233 is equipped with a sandwiching piece 234 which is fixed in the state of being fitted into the stiffened plate portion 22 so as to sandwich both side surfaces of the stiffened plate portion 22.
