Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic semiconductor material which is good in solubility in a solvent, keeps a stable and high carrier transportation property in a wide temperature range including room temperature, and has good film forming property by a coating method, and to provide an organic semiconductor using the same. SOLUTION: The dendrimer is derived from a polyalkyleneimine dendrimer and in which the terminal group is a group selected from the group consisting of groups represented by formulas (B1) a polyalkyleneimine terminal-modified compound comprising cyclohexylene, phenylene, naphthalene, pyrimidine, pyridine, benzothiazole and oxadiazole, (B2) a polyalkyleneimine terminal-modified compound comprising thiophene, (B3) a polyalkyleneimine terminal-modified compound comprising thiophene, phenylene, and naphthalene, (B4) a polyalkyleneimine terminal-modified compound comprising condensed thiophene, and (B5) a polyalkyleneimine terminal-modified compound comprising condensed thiophene, thiazolothiazole, fluorene, or carbazole.
