Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous coating composition good in adhesion to a natural material or a biodegradable material, having high water resistance and little influence on the environment, and to provide a composite sheet obtained by using the aqueous coating composition, a decorative sheet having the composite sheet and a decorative material having the decorative sheet. SOLUTION: The aqueous coating composition consists of an aqueous solution or an aqueous dispersion containing an oxidized polysaccharide obtained by oxidizing a polysaccharide and a compound having two or more reactive functional groups in one molecule. The composite sheet is obtained by coating the above aqueous coating composition on a substrate sheet composed of an aliphatic polyester type resin and/or a plant-derived resin. Alternatively the composite sheet is obtained by coating and/or impregnating a substrate sheet composed of a natural fiber with the above aqueous coating composition. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
