PREPARATION METHOD OF CYCLOHEXANE-POLYCARBOXYLATE ESTER CONTAINING NO PHTHALIC ACID, AND PLASTICIZER PREPARED FROM THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a method for preparing a cyclohexane-polycarboxylate ester plasticizer containing no phthalic acid salt by optimizing and simplifying known processes. SOLUTION: The method having an advantage of effectively shortening the reaction time particularly for preparing a kind of plasticizer comprising a cyclohexane-polycarboxylate ester containing no phthalic acid salt comprises subjecting a cyclohexane polycarboxylic acid or a derivative thereof, a monoalcohol and a metallic catalyst of tin or titanium or an inorganic acid, simultaneously incorporated together into a reactor, to one-step esterification at a high temperature of 200-250°C. The reaction mixture of the cyclohexane polycarboxylate ester is obtained by a method where it is suitably used as a plasticizer that contains no phthalic acid and does not endanger the organism and the environment.
