Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording device, provided with a delivered medium stacking device, having a shape retaining performance, which will not largely recessed when a large load is added even with a flexible sheet of cloth. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a feeding part 3 to feed recording mediums, a recording part 5 to carry out recording to the recording medium fed by the feeding part, and a delivered medium stacking part 7 to receive the recording medium delivered from the recording part. The delivered medium stacking part is provided with the flexible sheet 11 on which the delivered recording medium is placed, and shape retaining members 29 between the base end side and the tip side of the flexible sheet on the side to receive the delivered recording medium to retain the flexible sheet in a prescribed shape.
