Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and low-cost driving device of a hybrid automobile by commonizing as much as possible main components of a transmission using only an engine as a driving source. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a reduction gear mechanism 60 for reducing rotation of an electric motor 50 and transmitting it to a differential gear 40, a hydraulic clutch 70 for power intermittence between the electric motor and the differential gear, and a motor-power-controlling hydraulic pressure control device 90 for controlling supply of hydraulic pressure to the hydraulic clutch. As the motor-power-controlling hydraulic pressure control device 90 is provided in a transmission case independently from a variable-speed-controlling hydraulic pressure control device 16 for controlling a transmission mechanism 30, the variable-speed-controlling hydraulic pressure control device 16 for an engine car can be also used for the hybrid car without modification.
