FOAM MOLDED ARTICLE WITH SOFT INSERT COMPONENT, AND ITS MOLDING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a foam molded article with a soft insert component in which there is not a protrusion of a foaming layer and which has sufficient outer fitting quality in which a skin material and a flexible insert component are almost maintained in one surface. SOLUTION: The foam molded article with a soft insert component is characterized in that: a flexible insert component 43 having a rigid body section 42 near the edge of the rear surface side is integrally insert-molded to a foam molded article 51; a foam molded article 51 has a three-layer construction including a skin material 52, a core material 53, and a foaming layer 54; a skin material 52 includes an insert component attachment 55 which can attach a flexible insert component 43; a core material 53 includes a rigid body leg 61 which can support a rigid body section 42 resisting the compression force given to a flexible insert component 43 at the time of foaming molding; and a foaming layer 54 is formed among a core material 53, a skin material 52, and a flexible insert component 43.
