Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plunge cut shaving cutter for an internally-toothed gear realizing a plunge cut method and contributing to improve productivity, as is similar to that for an externally-toothed gear. SOLUTION: A serration cutting blade pitch (16) of a cutting blade is made larger than 2.4 mm, and a serration cutting blade width ratio (17/16), which is a ratio of a serration cutting blade width (17) against the serration cutting blade pitch (16), is smaller than 0.25.
