Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite material product in which the ratio of an additional material can be locally increased in a composite material, and to provide its production method. SOLUTION: The composite material product 11 is composed of: a composite part 34 in which the additional material 32 is added to a matrix metal material 31; a fibrous material 35 having an action of a filter which does not pass the additional material 32; an additional material-rich part 37 to which the additional material deposited on the fibrous material 35 is added; and a matrix metal part 38 present inside the fibrous material and compounded thereto and a matrix metal part 38 present outside the other face of the fibrous material.
