SOLUTION: The wet crusher 1 comprises a mill chamber 10, a partitioning part 30 for sectioning space in the mill chamber 10 into the space of an upper mill chamber 12a and the space of a lower mill chamber 12b, and an agitating mechanism part 20 for agitating and crushing an object to be treated together with a crushing medium 50a introduced to the upper mill chamber 12a and a crushing medium 50b introduced to the lower mill chamber 12b.
