Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit device effectively transporting a DNA and/or a bio-active molecule into a cell nucleus in a low cell death rate. SOLUTION: This new circuit device for an electrotransfection or electric fusion comprises at least 2 memory devices for the amounts of electric charges and at least one controlling device, wherein, each of the memory devices is fed by each of high voltage electric sources, each of the high voltage electric sources has at least one power semiconductor, the power semiconductors introduce the amounts of electric charges presenting in the memory devices into a suspension in a cuvette and the controlling unit controls the power semiconductors.
