SOLUTION: This motor rotor 100 includes: a shaft 1; a rotor magnet 5 integrally formed from a main magnet 6 and a position detection magnet 7 disposed in the vicinity to one axial end face of the main magnet 6 with thermoplastic resin 8; an elastic body 17 such as rubber charged in between the shaft 1 and the rotor magnet 5; and a ring-shaped partition member 14 for partitioning the elastic body 17 such as rubber into multi-layer in a radial direction.
