Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the mechanical strength of a winding structure of a lead part of an electrode coil. SOLUTION: The lead part of the electrode coil is formed such that a primary coil wire is folded back by two times and that the primary coil wire having a singular close contact winding part formed by two primary coil wires 21 and 23 densely wound at a predetermined pitch in the same winding direction, and a double winding part formed by the primary coil wires 21 and 23 densely wound at the predetermined pitch and a primary coil wire 22 wound rougher than at the predetermined pitch.
