Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor, a program for it, a portable terminal, and a program for it for solving problems of a postage stamp cost and a mail while preventing illegal activities. SOLUTION: A POS register 20 is provided with a storage means storing examination information for each cellular phone 10, an acquisition means acquiring IDm from the cellular phone 10, a selection means selecting examination information corresponding to the IDm acquired by the acquisition means, and a transmission means transmitting the examination information selected by the selection means to the cellular phone 10 based on the IDm acquired by the acquisition means.
