Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens case having lenses and an optical waveguide formed in a single body. SOLUTION: The lens case 1A includes a lens formation part 2A which is made of a resin material, having high transparency in a predetermined wavelength range and has a plurality of lenses 20 formed in a single body; a waveguide-forming part 3A, which is constituted integrally with the lens formation part 2A and has a plurality of waveguide forming grooves 32A having one-end sides disposed on a rear surface of the lens-forming part 2A while aligned with optical axes of the lenses 20; and a reflecting surface 30, formed by tilting the end of the waveguide formation part 3A on the opposite side from the lenses 20 and opposed to the other end of the waveguide-forming groove 32A. When the waveguide-forming grooves 32A are filled with a light-transmitting material having a higher refractive index than the lens case 1A, cores transmitting light are formed between the reflective surface 30 and lenses 20, to form optical waveguides according to the shape of the waveguide formation grooves 32A.
