SOLUTION: The steam ejector 6 having ejection parts 61, 62 ejecting steam is provided with an ejection part group comprising a plurality of the ejection parts 61, 62. A plurality of ejection parts 61, 62 of the ejection part group are selectively used based on at least one condition of an upstream side condition and a downstream side condition of the ejection part group.
