SOLUTION: A bactericidal lamp 32 is arranged in a position sunk in sealing water 44 in a drain trap 42 of the toilet bowl 10, and sterilization is performed by irradiating an ultraviolet ray from the bactericidal lamp 32 to a water storage part.
