VEHICULAR AIRBAG

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular airbag which improves occupant protection performance by having a place for securing constraining action in addition to an occupant constraining surface with an airbag in a form of allowing a pair of left and right chambers to develop and inflate toward an occupant to be taken as an object. SOLUTION: The vehicular airbag is provided with an air bag body 1 which is formed into a bag shape from an outer panel 3 and an inner panel 2 and allows a pair of the rear parts of the left and right chambers to form the occupant constraining surface X by forming the pair of left and right chambers 6 rearward through a form with the center to be folded as a front part and developing and inflating them and inflation-restrictive parts 8 which are formed in the respective chambers of the air bag body from the occupant constraining surface to the front part side and form upper arch parts 6a with an upward protruded shape over the front part side to the rear part side in the upper parts of the respective chambers to be developed and inflated and form a constraining space between inner panels below the upper arch parts.
