A second die comprises a presser for pressing the workpiece placed on the hemming die 10, a driver cam to be engaged with the slide cam 30, and a pressing mechanism for applying the pressing force against the bending part Wa to the hem punch 32. The driver cam switches the hem punch 32 to the preliminary bending position and the permanent bending position.
