Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for producing grilled dumplings with bits of octopus having sufficient roundness. SOLUTION: This method for producing the grilled dumplings with bits of octopus comprises supplying a first dough material 15 containing wheat flour and ingredients 16 such as octopus cut into pieces to a recessed part 13 of one heating plate 6 of a pair of heating plates in an opened condition and heating the product, and supplying a second dough material 17 containing wheat flour to the recessed part 13A of the other heating plate 6A with a second dough material feeding device 5, about 2-3 seconds before performing a process of letting the recessed part 13 of one heating plate 6, supplied with the first dough material 15 and the ingredients 16, and the recessed part 13A of the other heating plate 6A, supplied with the second dough material face each other by turning one heating plate 6 around a turning axis 7.
