POWER FEED DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power feed device capable of enlarging a contact area between a support of a connection device and a conductor of a power feed line, while assuring a holding force of the connecting device to the power feed line. SOLUTION: The power feed line 2 includes a conductor 21 flowing high frequency current and an insulating cover covering the conductor 21. The connecting device 1 includes a support 3 made of conductive material and holding the conductor 21 of the power feed line 21 elastically. At both sides of an outer peripheral surface of a radial direction in the conductor 21 of the power feed line 2, flat portions 21a are provided each of which is a surface parallel to a direction of the high frequency current, and, at the same time, flat portions 32a are provided contacting with the flat portions 21a at holding portions 32 holding the conductor 21 in the support 3. A contact area between the connecting device 1 and the conductor 21 can be enlarged, compared to a case of not providing the flat portions 21a and 32a. And, the holding force of the connecting device 1 to the power feed line 2 is not reduced. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
