ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT AND OPTICAL DISK RECORDING/PLAYBACK DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment and an optical disk recording/playback device for reducing wind noise generated on a disk surface when a carrier such as a disk is rotated in a casing at a high speed. SOLUTION: The electronic equipment and the optical disk recording/playback device are provided, wherein an optical disk 14 is mounted on a tray 14, the inside of a casing 13 is sealed to cover the entire surroundings of the casing 13 by carrying from the outside of the casing 13 into the tray 14, a recording/playback part 21 for recording/playback data in the optical disk 15 is driven, and air is discharged from the casing 13 by a vacuum pump 30 via a through-hole 13f disposed in any position of the casing 13 to reduce air pressure in the casing 13.
