Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control ship operations in each holding group by predicting the positions and traveling directions not only of ships belonging to a ship holding group but also of ships of other groups and adding information unique to each ship holding group at the same time. SOLUTION: In this ship operating control system, a GPS positioning device, etc., a personal computer and sea chart data, and a data communication terminal are arranged in each ship, the personal computer of each ship and a computer system of a control center are connected so that they can communicate with each other, and each ship transmits position data, time data and direction data to the computer system of the control center. The computer system provided with sea chart data is arranged in the control center, a personal computer, sea chart data and a network device are arranged in each ship holding group, and the computer system of the control center can receive position data, time data and direction data of each ship belonging to a corresponding holding group.
