SOLUTION: The image of a vein 2 of the finger 1 is taken as a compound eye image through a lens eye 3. A parallax between ommatidium images in the taken compound eye image is detected by a parallax detection part 102. When the parallax exceeds a threshold TH, a reconfiguration method selection part 106 makes a connection processing part 104A of a reconfiguration processing part 103 execute reconfiguration processing by a connection method, and when the parallax is not more than the threshold TH, makes a pixel rearrangement processing part 104B of the reconfiguration processing part 103 execute reconfiguration processing by a pixel rearrangement method.
