NURSE ALLOCATION DEVICE AND NURSE ALLOCATION PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nurse allocation device and program, for allocating nurses so that they have nearly equal volumes of work. SOLUTION: This nurse allocation device has: a nurse list 20 recording a nurse name and a current nurse work amount; a patient master 30 recording a patient name, a nursing degree, an aid category, an event, and a necessary work amount of the patient; a necessary work amount update means 11 calculating the necessary work amount based on the patient master 30 and updating the patient master 30; a nurse allocation means 12 selecting the nurse having a smallest work amount from the nurses recorded in the nurse list 20 and allocating him or her to be in charge of the patient; a nurse work amount update means 13 adding the necessary work amount of the patient to the nurse work amount of the nurse in charge and updating the nurse work amount; and an allocation recording file 60 associating and recording the nurse in charge and the patient based on an allocation result.
