| Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create an LSI power supply model using design outline information at an initial stage of PCB development. SOLUTION: The current waveform of a unit gate circuit is selected from a database according to a power voltage. The average current value of the unit gate circuit is calculated on the basis of the current waveform and a clock frequency. The ratio of the average current circuit of an integrated circuit to the calculated average current value of the gate circuit is calculated.
