PHOTOSENSITIVE PASTE COMPOSITION, PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL MANUFACTURED USING THE SAME AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive paste composition, a plasma display panel manufactured using the same, and to provide a method for manufacturing the plasma display panel. SOLUTION: The photosensitive paste composition comprises an inorganic component and an organic component, wherein the organic component comprises a crosslinking agent, a binder, a photoinitiator, a solvent and an additive, the crosslinking agent contains a mono(meth)acrylate crosslinking substance in an amount of 50-100 mass% relative to the total mass of the crosslinking agent, and a content of the crosslinking agent is 30-50 mass% relative to the total mass of the organic component except the solvent. By using the composition, stress of a patterned film is minimized in baking to minimize deformation by shrinkage, whereby a phenomenon such as twist, short (breaking) or falling (rising) of the pattern can be suppressed or prevented.
