Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow charging diagnosis method of oil filled electrical apparatuses, capable of diagnosing the future trends of charging characteristics associated with changes and trends of a very small amount of components contained in an insulating oil in an oil-filled electrical apparatus, by predicting changes and trends and curbing increases in the degree of charging, by controlling the trace amounts of components, and to provide an flow charging reducing method. SOLUTION: The concentration of sulfoxide and the concentration of sulfide contained in the insulating oil are each measured, and on the basis of the concentration of sulfoxide and (concentration of sulfoxide)/(concentration of sulfoxide+concentration of sulfide), the degree of electrification is predicted.
