SOLUTION: In the multilayered flocculation determining container equipped with at least one light pervious column in which a plurality of filters different in pore size are installed, the filter, which is positioned at the lowermost position and has a smallest pore size of a plurality of the filters is installed so as to leave a definite interval from the bottom surface of the column and the other filters are installed so as to leave a definite interval upward from the filter having a small pore size.
