Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drowse alarm device that awakes a driver when drowse of the driver is detected without disturbing the traffic flow in the periphery as much as possible. SOLUTION: This drowse alarm device is mounted on a vehicle equipped with a transmission having a plurality of shift stages, a drive train ECU 15 for performing shift control of the transmission, and a constant speed control device 14 for controlling the vehicle to a constant speed. A drowse alarming ECU 11 allows the drive train ECU 15 to downshift the shift stage and the constant speed control device 14 to control the vehicle to a constant speed when the driver is determined to be in a drowsy condition based on the detected result of a driver monitor camera 12 for detecting the drowsiness of the driver.
