Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust system providing a facilitated layout while maintaining the conversion performance of exhaust gas. SOLUTION: The exhaust system 10 is provided with: an exhaust pipe 11; a downstream catalyst 12 arranged in the exhaust pipe 11 and converting the exhaust gas; a sensor 14 for detecting an air-fuel ratio in the exhaust pipe 11; and a secondary air supply pipe 16 connected to the exhaust pipe 11 in a connecting position formed at further upstream of the downstream catalyst 12 and supplying secondary air to the exhaust gas in the exhaust pipe 11. The sensor 14 is attached to the exhaust pipe 11 at the further downstream of the connecting position of the secondary air supply pipe 16 and at the upstream of the downstream catalyst 12.
