Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binder having sufficient self-adhesion even when an acrylic polymer is used as a base polymer, and to provide a self-adhesion adhesive tape capable of being applied for binding or the like. SOLUTION: In the self-adhesion adhesive, the acrylic based polymer is made as the base polymer, and an acrylic based low molecular weight polymer having a weight average molecular weight of 1,000-50,000 is contained in the acrylic based polymer. Preferably, a glass transition temperature (Tg) of the acrylic based low molecular weight polymer is -30°C or higher, and a weight ratio of the acrylic based low molecular weight polymer relative to the acrylic based polymer is 0.015-1.5.
