SOLUTION: This lens centering device is provided with a first inertia driving device 14 having a first mobile body 4 guided and driven in a first direction by a V-groove 2a, a second inertia driving device 15 formed on an upper part of the first mobile body 4 and having a second mobile body 5 guided and driven by a V-groove 3a in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction, and a lens holding means 8 arranged in the second mobile body 5.
