Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus preventing deterioration in the spatial resolution of three-dimensional image data to be acquired, when the three-dimensional image data are generated by using synthetic aperture technique. SOLUTION: A transmission part 2 diffuses ultrasonic waves with respect to a prescribed three-dimensional area under the control of a control part 8, and allows an ultrasonic probe 1 to perform transmission. A synthetic aperture processing part 5 obtains a pixel value at a reflection point by allowing a weighting matched filter, obtained by performing the attenuation correction of the ultrasonic wave in response to a distance from the reflection point to each ultrasonic vibrator, and a reception signal, received by the ultrasonic probe 1, to be convoluted in a matched filter, expressing correlation with reflection wave from the reflection point included in the three-dimensional area. The pixel value of each reflection point is obtained, thereby obtaining volume data of the three-dimensional area. Besides, convolution is performed by changing the range of the convolution in response to a distance from the ultrasonic probe 1 to each reflection point. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
