Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixing valve which is designed for upgrading operability in adjusting the feedstock for mixing and very sanitary, and a frozen dessert manufacturing device equipped with the mixing valve. SOLUTION: This mixing valve 1 is of a dual structure consisting of a sleeve 10 and a nested pipe 20, and an air intake 13 for introducing the air into the nested pipe 20 from outside, in a position, above the upper end surface, of the nested pipe 20, of the side surface of the sleeve 10.
