RESOURCE CONTROLLER AND PORTABLE TERMINAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assign resources by which communication is executed without interference between communication devices belonging to different PANs (Personal Area Networks) when a plurality of different PANs perform communication in the PANs using the same channel. SOLUTION: A communication part 201 receives a resource use request from other resource controller. A storage part 203 stores a use amount of resources used by the self-resource controller. A control part 202 determines a use amount of resources to be assigned to the other resource controller which transmits the resource use request received by the communication part 201. The communication part 201 transmits a use permission message including the use amount of resources determined by the control part 202 to the other resource controller.
