Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a planar coil sheet in which a coil is formed on a tape having a weak adhesive power, a workability such as a positioning, a detachment, a combining, a peel-off and an unloading of the tape or sheet at each step, and can prevent a faulty from occurring. SOLUTION: A fixing part 15 for fixing an edge of a UV tape 1 is provided and also a pallet having a space part 16 is used inward of the fixing part. At the step of manufacturing a planar coil sheet 5, the UV tape is fixed to the pallet, a tape 3 having a weak adhesive power is combined to this UV tape, and the pallet is connected to the tape having a weak adhesive power by a connection tape 7.
