Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature control apparatus for a fixing unit detecting temperature variation at good sensitivity regardless of high/low of temperature in a simple configuration and to provide an image forming apparatus provided with the temperature control apparatus. SOLUTION: The temperature control apparatus 57 for the fixing unit 5 is provided with a voltage division circuit 571 in which a voltage division resistor is serially connected to a temperature sensor 54 detecting temperature in the fixing unit 5 with a heater 51 for heating and a temperature control means 572 controlling the heater 51 based on outputted voltage which has voltage division carried out by the voltage division circuit 571. In addition, a voltage division ratio switching circuit 537 is provided switching the voltage ratio in the voltage division circuit 571 based on the outputted voltage. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
