Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve structure of a shock absorber capable of stabilizing reciprocating operation of a relief valve. SOLUTION: This valve structure of the shock absorber has a valve disc 2 forming a port 3, a shaft member 4 rising from an axial part of the valve disc 2, the annular relief valve 5 inserting the shaft member 4 into the inner peripheral side, laminated on the valve disc 2 and opening-closing the port 3, an energizing means 6 energizing the relief valve 5 in the direction for blocking up the port 3, and an interposing member 7 interposed between the inner periphery of the relief valve 5 and the outer periphery of the shaft member 4 and movable in the axial direction to the shaft member 4 together with the relief valve 5. The interposing member 7 has a cylindrical part 7a interposed between the inner periphery of the relief valve 5 and the outer periphery of the shaft member 4, and a collar part 7b extended from one end outer periphery of the cylindrical part 7a, supporting a back face of the relief valve 5 and receiving energizing force of the energizing means 6. The length in the axial direction of the cylindrical part 7a is set longer than the length in the axial direction of the relief valve 5. A recessed part 10 allowing an entrance of the cylindrical part 7a is arranged in the valve disc 2. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
