SOLUTION: In the camshaft bearing structure for an internal combustion engine, either of an intake valve 21 and an exhaust valve 31 is directly driven by either of cam lobes 52 of the camshaft 51, and the other valve is driven by the other cam-lobe 53 of the camshaft 51 by means of a rocker arm 63.
