Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that calcination of traditional flat roof tiles has been performed by arranging them on a dolly in a flatly inverted state through the medium of a sagger (a jig) or by arranging the flat roof tiles in proper alignment by making them lean against a support plate (a jig) arranged on the dolly in an inclined state when the flat roof tiles are loaded on to the calcination dolly, and to eliminate the problem by providing a convexity projected from both the front side and the back side on the hip side of the flat roof tile, which makes possible independence on the calcination dolly through the medium of the convexity, which eliminates the need for a jig, and which improves a processing capacity by increasing the loading number and thermal efficiency. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the flat roof tile in which a molded basis material is calcined in a state of independence after being dried, a V-shaped projection used for independence is formed on the hip end surface of a sash-bar hook on the hip side in order to secure independence of the basis material. The V-shaped projection has nearly the same shape as the hook and has narrow width. Then the V-shaped projection is flatly ground. The basis material is independently calcined through the medium of the V-shaped projection and an engagement projection used for mutual engagement between the tiles which is provided on the hip side of the surface of the basis material. Thus, the efficiency of fuel can be increased, and the quality of the flat roof tile can be improved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
