SOLUTION: Sparassis crispa mycelium is extracted with an ethanol aqueous solution to obtain ethanol extracts, condensing the ethanol extracts and partitioning with water and ethyl acetate to obtain the Sparassis crispa extracts represented by structural formulas (1) to (3) as the ethyl acetate fraction.
