Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shed light evenly on the eyeground with no loss of light volume by means of a simplified structure without using an integrating sphere, diffusion board, or the like. SOLUTION: In a photographing light source unit 15, a plurality of white LEDs 15b emitting light of the entire optical wavelengths are arranged along the opening of a pupil stop 14 at an angle θ [radian] at equal intervals. The eyeground can evenly be irradiated by rotating these white LEDs 15b around the optical axis by means of a rotary driving portion via the rotary shaft 15a at the center of the photographing light source unit 15.
