Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary electric machine reducing noise with a simple configuration even if a noise regulation value is severe without requiring auxiliary equipment while requiring only a minimum increase in weight. SOLUTION: A power generator is provided with a stator frame, having a stator core with a built-in stator coil in its inside, and a rotor with built-in rotor coil that rotates oppositely to the stator frame and the stator core. The power generator is also provided with each soundproof plate fixed to each soundproof-plate mounting seat, welded onto the external surface of the stator frame, with bolts and nuts. An elastic body (a gasket) is provided at a contact part between each soundproof-plate mounting seat and each soundproof plate.
