Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like magnetic substance capable of protecting the surface of a sheet-like resin substance from friction, etc. SOLUTION: The sheet-like magnetic substance includes the sheet-like resin substance 2, a magnetic layer 3 which contains at least soft magnetic metal magnetic powder and bonding material and is formed on one surface of the resin substance 2, and a hard coat layer 4 formed on the other surface of the resin substance 2. An adhesives layer 5 is formed on the reverse surface side of the contact surface with the resin substance 2 in the magnetic layer 3, and further a release paper 6 is stuck on the surface of the adhesives layer 5.
