Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation method for a tubing device, which makes an impact hardly applied as a load to a leveling jack cylinder. SOLUTION: In the tubing device 10, the leveling jack cylinder 27 is provided in the state of protruding from an undersurface of a base frame 11, and a reaction weight 55 with a through-hole is connected below the base frame 11. In the installation method for the tubing device, firstly, the reaction weight 55 is arranged in a prescribed position; secondly, the tubing device 10 is arranged in accordance with the reaction weight 55; subsequently, the reaction weight 55 is connected to the base frame 11; and leveling is performed in a state in which the reaction weight 55 is lifted by expanding/contracting a leveling jack.
