Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent wrong tread adjustment in a tread adjusting device of a working vehicle. SOLUTION: The tread adjusting device of the working vehicle can adjust treads of right and left wheels by expanding and contracting right and left tread hydraulic cylinders, comprises a tread width adjusting dial to set tread widths of the right and left wheels, a tread adjusting on/off-switch, and right and left tread stroke sensors to detect tread amounts of the right and left wheels, can adjust the right and left wheels to specified positions of the tread widths by a control output from a controller, and is changed to an on-state or an off-state by the tread adjusting on/off-switch. Only when the tread adjusting on/off-switch is in an on-state, the tread hydraulic cylinder is controlled so that an operation position of the tread width adjusting dial approximately agrees with detection positions of the right and left tread stroke sensors.
