SOLUTION: A second holding element 26 of an energizing device 10 is integrally molded with a first holding element 24, and separated from the first holding element 24 by rotating a moving board 16. Therefore, when the first holding element 24 and the second holding element 26 are attached to a fixed board 14 and the moving board 16, the first holding element 24 and the second holding element 26 are handled as an integrated component. Therefore, attachment of the first holding element 24 and the second holding element 26 to the fixed board 14 and the moving board 16 is facilitated, and the work efficiency of the attaching work can be improved.
