SEALING STRUCTURE OF HARNESS, ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD, MOLDED COIL, ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD AND CONTROL VALVE FOR VARIABLE CAPACITY COMPRESSOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the sealability of a sealing structure in a harness part of a molded coil formed by molding with a resin material. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the sealing structure of a harness comprises the following processes: (1) the arranging process of inserting a lead wire through an insertion hole opened in an elastic member and set the apex part of the lead wire, a connection part with an object to be connected with the apex part and the elastic member in a specified mold and arrange the elastic member in the way that its contact surface with the mold is partially formed. (2) the pressing process of pressing the elastic member to the side in which the section of the elastic member shrinks in the contact position and thereby, keep the section elastically deformed by imposing a load on the mold, (3) the molding process of introducing a molten resin material into a border between the pressed part of the elastic member by the mold and the non-pressed part by injecting the resin material into the mold, and (4) the removal process of removing a load imposed on the mold after curing the resin material inside the mold.
